TITLE: Annual Report

POLICY

The District submits its Annual Report, which contains information on the District’s history, mission and vision, goals, programs, services, and accomplishments, to the Iowa Department of Corrections, the Legislative Fiscal Bureau and each of the District’s Board of Directors members, including the Chief Judge of the Judicial District, the Judicial appointee, and citizen appointees, for filing with their respective counties or jurisdictions.

PROCEDURES

Each year the District creates an Annual Report containing information about the District’s history, mission and vision, goals, programs, services, and accomplishments. Upon its completion, the Annual Report is given to each member of the Board of Directors for the Fifth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services, the Legislative Fiscal Bureau, and the Iowa State Department of Corrections. These Annual Reports are to be filed with the Board members’ respective counties.
