Payment for services received is an indicator of responsibility and accountability. Therefore all offenders ordered to BEP shall be charged for services. BEP fees vary depending upon the county providing BEP services.
Payment for services received shall occur prior to receipt of services. Payment will be made by offender either to secretary or facilitator (depending upon county) prior to his appointment or weekly group. Offenders will be issued a receipt for services. Checks and money orders are accepted. Cash will not be accepted. If a check is received from an offender for insufficient funds, applicable returned check fee will be assessed.
