TITLE: Employing Exoffenders

POLICY

The Fifth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services will accept employment applications from qualified ex-offenders, and consider them for employment, but only after they have been successfully discharged from all supervision, have been arrest free and have been off any kind of supervision for a period of not less than two years.

PROCEDURES

Qualified ex-offenders may apply and be considered for employment by the District if they have been successfully discharged from supervision, have not been under any active supervision for at least two years, and have been arrest free for at least two years.
