The District Director and key staff conduct periodic program and system reviews of the performance of the District’s programs. These reviews will be conducted at least semi-annually.
The District Director consults and discusses with key staff the program and system performance of Field Services. Although this process is conducted more frequently, it shall be completed at least semi-annually. The District Director regularly reviews the effectiveness of individual field programs and the overall achievement of organization goals and objectives with the Assistant District Director of Field Services as well with other key staff. The District Director, Assistant District Director, and other key staff will utilize any research data available regarding individual programs, as well as the overall District, to measure the effectiveness of the individual programs and/or the performance of Field Services as a whole.
