TITLE: Pre Tax Premium Conversion

POLICY

Any employee who receives health, dental, and/or life insurance benefits may elect to have the employee’s share of the benefit premiums paid from pre-tax rather than post-tax salary dollars. This benefit will automatically be granted to each employee unless waived by the employee through use of the enrollment form at the onset of employment.

PROCEDURES

  1. All employees in a permanent position who work at least twenty (20) hours per week are eligible for the pre-tax premium conversion program, and will receive the automatic pre-tax premium conversion if eligible.
