TITLE: Ptr Travel Permits
Consideration for granting travel permission to a requesting defendant shall consist of staff review of the need for the travel, compliance with court orders for appearance, and the personal safety of others.
- Out-of-state travel
- Should the defendant request out-or-state travel permission, a staff shall complete a Travel Permission form and present it to the Court for signed approval.
- If the staff and Supervisor believe the travel request should be denied, the defendant shall be advised of the denial, and may be directed to seek permission from the Court with the assistance of his/her attorney.
