TITLE: Staff Meetings

POLICY

The District Director (facility administrator) holds a weekly Executive Team meeting with the Assistant Director of Residential Services, Assistant Director of Field Services, the Division Manager of Administration, and Administrative Officer covering such areas as authority, responsibilities, work assignments, and coordination of efforts, as well as general information sharing.

PROCEDURES

The District Director holds a weekly Executive Team Meeting with the Assistant District Director of Residential Services, Assistant District Director of Field Services, the Division Manager of Administration, and Administrative Officer. The Assistant District Director of Residential Services holds a Residential Manager’s Meeting each week with the residential management staff covering issues involving all areas of the residential facilities such as authority issues, responsibility for completion of tasks, work assignments, coordination of efforts, as well as general information sharing. Management information regarding delegation of authority, the assignment of responsibilities for the completion of specific tasks and work assignments, coordination of efforts to complete pending projects, and accountability for supervision of all areas of the facilities are among the topics discussed.
