One Stop Reentry
One Stop Reentry services are provided to Black male offenders in the 1st and 5th districts. One Stop Reentry began in February 2009 in the 5th district and March 2009 in the 1st district. Facility and Site Study
This study was undertaken with the purpose of providing a planning document for future infrastructure by evaluation of the existing structures through functional/security analysis, engineering analysis and an architectural overview and lifecycle assessment. This analysis provides a foundation for space planning for future structures, utilizing evidence based practice and the parameters of increasing offender population by 170 persons. All assessments, projection and conclusions consider possible growth as a paramount component of achieving public value and sustainable design.
